Staff is friendly and the courtesy shuttle is super helpful !
They went way above and beyond what I expected. I had new tires installed somewhere else, when the dealer noticed a alignment issue. Christian Brothers picked my vehicle up and, performed the alignment, and had it ready quickly! I was so impressed! . I highly recommend them

They took my vehicle in right away. Their waiting room was very nest & clean. The employees were dressed professional. Although I did not have to use their shuttle service - i was told I would be taken where I needed to go & get picked up. They sent actual pictures of what needed to be fixed. They were very attentive.

I love my experience with Christian Brothers from start to finish ... with one exception. I think their prices are too high and could be reviewed for some changes!

We only use the very best parts that are OEM quality or better, so they last and perform the best. We stand behind all our wirh with a 2 year, 24,000 mile warranty which ever benefits you most. So if you drive 50,000 miles a year you still get 2 years or if you drive 4,000 you will get 6 years of warranty.
We do appreciate you letting us serve you. We want to be the best and provide the best value. Next time you are in, please ask for me.

Great service and smart problem solvers
Sash was great. He was courteous, listened to me carefully, and later explained what the possible problem with my Pathfinder was, and told me the options. We tried the cheapest first, and it seems to have worked!

In all my experience, I have never had as much good customer experience that I did with Christian Brothers. They listened to my concerns, made appropriate recommendations, and best of all, they didn't try to up-sell or persuade me to buy services that my car didn't need. This is the epitome of what customer service, especially automotive service and repair, should be. They have a very nice waiting room. They have a free shuttle service.

This was my first time going to Christian Brothers to get a mirror replaced and my first impression was how clean and professional looking the garage bays were. The lobby is very nice and I was helped immediately after walking in. I was able to order the part and get the mirror fixed and installed in a couple hours. The cookies and water were a nice end to my appointment. Thank you for your work and professionalism.

You fit me in at the last minute because I was about to travel. To my surprise, you told me my transmission was failing. At your advice, I took it to Toyota and they gave me a rental car while they are replacing the transmission under warranty. I was a few months shy of losing the 5 year warranty. Thank you!

Great customer service, comfortable atmosphere.
I felt very comfortable with my whole experience. At no time did I think that I was going to get ripped off. They found the problem, fixed it, and charged me a fair price. Stop by and read the sign in the waiting area.
