Honest professionalism. The items I had a quote on, & accepted, to repair, turned out to be in error when technician performed the work. This is something I could not or would not have known. However, unlike (sad to say) many places that would have charged for the quoted & accepted price, Christian Brothers credited the invoice for the parts & labor not required. How great is that?

The fast and friendly service. They provided me with detail information about my car after the alignment was fixed.

When I walked in a couple of months for the repair of my brakes, I did not know your company at all. The gentleman behind the desk helped me decide on your business. He spoke of the master mechanics that service the vehicles, customer service, and cost. He took Perfection Honda cost and matched it. My back brakes were in terrible condition and had to be replaced. So it cost me more. The same gentleman asked if this was a hardship and I said yes. He took down the cost to $50 less. This never would would have happened at Perfection. I enjoyed having you drive and pick me up at home while the work was being done.
Hence, you have my business and thank you.

It was a friendly place. People were nice. Service was quick and work explained before it was done. My only complaint I’m allergic to cinnamon and the cookies left in car contained cinnamon but overall service was good

Honesty thoroughness.

From beginning to end the commuication was endless. I walked into the office and explained what was was wrong and they just took the ball and ran with it. They diagnosed my problem within minutes and then the decission was mine. I had my vehicle diagnosed at another shop and the answer was the same so I then trusted this shop. I told them to fix it which was a major repair. After a few days they called me and gave me the update and completion day. This shop is very professional in all ways. Believe me you can feel safe when letting them fix your vehicle. Excellent all around including the front counte staff. I even got a thank you gift in my vehicle that was cute and appreciated.

You guys rock! Service guy at the counter and your tech went above any beyond. They saved (me ) an otherwise stranded traveler from the stress and inconvenience of being without a vehicle. Especially since I had a flight home the very next day. Thank you so much for the help. I will recommend you to everyone and being using Christian brothers for some needed future repairs.

The first time I came in was for an oil change. Was very please then. But now , this is my second time coming to you. All the people there are so nice and professional. I had to wait for my car, they did everything I ask them to do. I’m so glad I came back because I know in my heart that they will treat you honestly.
