Customer service was great

From the time I arrived, I was welcomed by a very personable and friendly staff. This shouldn’t be a surprise, but I’ve found customer service is lacking these days. No one even smiles at you when you get to a store counter anymore.
But Fernando was very nice. Everyone was professional and represented the shop well.
He handled the quote and all the suggested repairs came with explanations and photos of the issues. They didn’t pressure me to fix anything I didn’t want to. They even gave me a courtesy ride home while they kept my car to assess.
As promised, they were in contact with an update every few hours by text. This made it very convenient to plan with my husband, when and how I’d get my car picked up. I got it back sooner than anticipated, which is always a plus! Pricing was reasonable (given labor costs), work is covered by a good warranty. Overall, a great experience and I would recommend Christian Brothers to family and friends.

Quick, thorough and reasonably priced.

I brought in my old Audi for a brake inspection and a suspension check. They were very thorough and professional. Although I decided not to invest in the repair at this time, there was no pressure to get the work done. I'll probably trade in my car, but will definitely ask them to do a pre-purchase inspection on my next car. Joan

These folks are absolutely fantastic. I took my son's car in because it had a engine warning lamp on and after changing the battery which was one of the problems It didn't go out. After spending an extensive amount of time trying to figure out what was causing it they found a minor wiring issue that they repaired and didn't charge us for. While they were doing this they found that one of the engine mounts was broken and was causing the car to shake during idle. I noticed this will taking it there but I wasn't used to my son's car so I didn't know what the issue was. They fixed that as well and they returned the car to us in great shape. I thought the charge was reasonable.

Friendly staff, communication good while car was in shop getting radiator flushed, great videos with pictures texted to me explaining other issues that may need to be looked at and nice complimentary bottle of water and pack of cookies in car when I took it home.
