Fernando did a great job of keeping me informed of the progress of the work. He was patient in explaining the issues in a way that I (or my husband when I just wasn't getting it) could understand. Everyone else I interacted with was also very friendly and courteous. The work appears well done and the car functions much better now.
The only question that comes to mind is why such a low discount for veterans? I really appreciate that one is offered at all. It just seemed a very small amount compared to the total invoice.
