Restrooms/changing rooms, and yoga rooms themselves are generally very clean. Heat + humidity levels in both rooms tend to be consistent, so HPF truly feels different than C3 or Sculpt.
I love the combo of yoga and cardio/strength training but don't love how crowded it gets in the studio
Ashley and Amy’s classes are my favorite, love this studio.
