The classes are really challenging.
For my first experience I found CorePower do be very inviting. The instructor was great and I was made to feel very comfortable. The facility was clean and amenities were nice. The classes are a bit pricey though.
Core Power yoga seamlessly blends the physical and spiritual so that I am able to achieve the blissful lightness of balanced mind and body that I want to feel each time I step onto or off of my mat:) Love and Light!

Clean facilities. Great instructors. The price point is just high enough to keep a good crowd, but not so high I wouldn't pay it. Oh and probably the primary reason I joined was because you have classes all the time. I love being able to go in really early on a weekday or in the evening on a Saturday. Great business model!
