The instructors are all incredibly welcoming and kind. The studio is beautiful and very clean. The level of instruction is phenomenal. I teach yoga myself, and I am throughly impressed with the sequencing, cues, and attention to safety. The only other feedback that I have is that I wish classes were hotter. Some instructors open the door dozens of times a class (unnecessary and distracting) and others don’t use as much heat because we’re wearing masks. I leave most classes wishing they were more heated.

The environment is welcoming, clean and comfortable. The teachers are awesome! Tamara, Julie and Roxy are fantastic teachers and are always available to answer questions and feedback on my practice. I love the integration of yoga philosophy in the classes and how the sequences fit the intentions offered.

Wonderful teacher, clean studio, good class flow/pace. A little pricey, especially because it's a major studio chain, but I guess everything is these days.
The teachers are very good and I can count on having a good experience every time I attend and in studio session. I also used the Yoga on Demand videos at home for months during the pandemic.
I enjoyed the Saturday new years day classes. It was just how i needed to start the new year! Thank you Julie!
