After having taken more than a couple hundred classes (probably closer to 300...), I could advise (as I do professionally) for hours with concrete suggestions for BOTH studios in FO & Roseville of countless ideas to grow and differentiate CP from the rest. The real questin is: does anyone care? I spend a great deal of time at each studio - my family does - it's so integral in our daily lives. And there needs to be more than silly emails that offer discounts on yoga pants or TT. There's a lot of disconnect; technology in many forms is the biggest as it's not being used in classes or to foster community/growth as it should. Aside from these suggestions, the most important thing at CP are its instructors (who get very little feedback - they're incredible!) and community. Manny, Tamara, Sarah Tricomi, Niki, Andrea, Inger, Sabrina and Heather are exemplary and inspiring in form, knowledge and kindness - they are indeed YOGIS. The only gripes would be: 1)not enough classes in FO throughout the day or week (when Roseville has 5 FO has 3 - not cool!) 2)classes should have time in between so people don't have to skip out on the last bit to go to another and 3) for the love of Vishnu and Shiva, forget the app and fix the website (the app is poor and I dont take my phone in with me - on my browser the site scrolls through days uncontrollably) and get dimmers for the police chopper searchlights (motion sconces) in the hall outside classes especially when they go off and shine a searchlight into a candlelight class!

I really liked the vibe of the studio and our instructor. Calm, peaceful, clean etc. I do not live in the area anymore (was visiting my parents) so the location isn't very convenient, but until a Natomas or midtown location opens up, I will definitely come back here!

The Yoga Sculpt class is great! Challenging but gives the right balance of stretching, full body stregthening, and relaxation.

I would love more C-1 classes at earlier times, and more days per week.
Truly an amazing place with a great staff...... bummed we are losing the two YS classes on Friday and Sunday and would love to see an expanded schedule to include more sculpt classes especially early morning midweek ( I would pay extra and recruit people to fill a 5:30 or 6am midweek class)

The instructors are so helpful. Its nice to because there are different classes for the stages of yoga. As well some advanced individuals take the medium difficulty classes so its nice to watch and see how you can progess. The facility is very clean and spacious!

Positive energy, continuous goal to challenge
I love all the instructors and the class formats. I take a variety of different classes at core power. I like that classes are one hour and I get in and out fast. I do miss many of the class times that used to be available. Especially the noon and the 6:00am. I also really miss HPF on the weekends. It seems to be one of the most popular core power classes and it is only offered at one time in the middle of the day.
Great Yoga Instructors, facilities and schedules
Core Power - Fair Oaks is an excellent studio. The staff and instructors are always friendly and helpful. Class instructors are very professional, well versed in different options for different skill levels, always timely and most of all kind, welcoming and warm. The facility is spotlessly clean and well set up. Also conveniently located with plenty of parking. I would highly recommend Core Power.

Had such a fun time at yoga during my week trial and always left feeling happy which followed me into the next day! Since I am going back to college this week I will be checking out the core power studio in Santa Barbara! Cheers

I love the beautiful and clean studio environment and the teachers are amazing - always delivering challenging and inspiring classes. I would LOVE it if you would bring back some early morning classes. For those of us that work full time, early morning classes are sometimes the only option for fitting yoga into our daily lives :)
