Great environment but I would love a Core Power in midtown or downtown Sacramento.
It’s very close. It’s Vinyasa Flow style. The room is hot enough.
I like that the people are friendly and the studio, bathrooms, etc., are really clean and well-laid out. However, I wish you could list the temperature of each class somehow.
I had assumed that the one that has 'hot' in the title is Hot Yoga and the rest aren't. However, I went into a class that I learned later was set at 98 degrees. UGH! I was told that all instructors heat their classes differently so I guess I will have to try different classes to find out the ones for me.
Also, the music was a TINY bit loud (maybe 2 clicks?) so the instructor had to speak a little louder than necessary than she would have if the music had been a little lower.
Took Julie's class yesterday and it was amazing. Very relaxing but also got a good stretch in. Different from the typical hot yoga classes I attend at Core power but in a good way. That shows that CP has a variety of classes and sometimes I want a relaxing glass that's not so intense, so I appreciated her class very much.
All of the classes I've taken have been wonderful. I love the teachers. I do wish there was more variety offered in the evenings--as much as I like Yoga Sculpt, I'd also like more traditional yoga classes, too.
I really enjoyed my Yoga Sculpt class experience. The class is innovative and Nicky is amazing/motivating. Definitely coming back for more.

The Fair Oaks team and community is wonderful! It is lead by a group of seasoned teachers that are welcoming and accessible. Love my studio!

Studio is beautiful and CLEAN, staff is very nice, style of teaching is consistent, good variety, racial diversity and inclusivity is also good. PERFECT for beginners. A good place to call "yoga" home.

The place is really nice, the teachers have a lot of experience and they share their energy and love for what they are doing with all the students.
I like the class structure in C2 and Sculpt. I travel a lot for work and I can utilize locations around the country.
