Friendly atmosphere
Fair Oaks core power is inclusive, welcoming, challenging, rewarding, and fun! The classes are taught by the best instructors I've ever had in the ten years I have been practicing yoga. Their knowledge of the human body and the practice of yoga, along with the mental connection to the benefits of the practice are top tier.
Cleanliness of the studio. Punctuality of the classes. I also like the consistent quality of the classes.
I love the manager at my studio in Fair oaks. She has set the tone for a very inclusive studio. The teachers are well trained and everyone is welcoming. The HPF series is a great workout that makes you feel fantastic because you leave it all on the mat. The studio is always clean, well organized, and set up for the next class. I also like that you can go to other studios around the country and find the same Core Power classes while on the road.

At 66, I am a bit of a different Yogi but really enjoy the Yoga Sculpt and C2 classes.

Good to get started again for first time since COVID. I've been back to the gym now for awhile, and then attended my first hot yoga class this week. It took a minute to break the ice to get re-started. Finally....
I really like the yoga instructors. Michelle and Lizzy are making my first yoga studio experience comfortable and empowering. They definitely deliver motivation which I really need right now.
