I think the class was great, but it would better as a 45 minute class as opposed to an hour.

Jasmine taught the C1 class yesterday and she is fantastic! She called out the poses in a way that really helped me to do it easily. Very calm and patient, too!

I LOVE the 6am C2 class, although please talk to Gunner about the amount of heat and humidity he's been using lately. It's been far too hot and humid in his 6am Monday class.

The classes are good. They are more challenging classes.

Great workout, great teachers

The class was awesome! Just when I thought I wouldn't be able to go anymore or would have to stop, the instructor would move on to a slower pace. It was so much fun as well. Can't wait to cone back!

Took my first CorePower class and I really liked the sense of community in the classroom. The class was challenging, but not so much that it made me want to die and never do yoga again. In fact, it made me want to do more!

I like the teachers because they are good, and friendly too. Kaitlin is awesome. I like that the studio is very clean.
I like the style of yoga and that there is a good variety.

The classes are both a great workout and experience, and the availability of classes work around my crazy law school schedule. Every employee that I have met at CorePower is amicable and helpful.

Awesome classes and teachers

I love CorePower! But I will say some of the classes at WestBend are not as hot as other studios I have been to, especially the C2's during the day. I wish the classes were hotter because they are always on the colder side because the instructors open the doors wayyy too much. but I love corepower and everyone at the WestBend studio is so nice and friendly!
