The teacher Claire at Westbend is the best teacher I have ever come across at CP. She was not only an expert in giving strong cues, alignment help, and overall yoga knowledge, she also has the kindest, most soothing voice, and her intention in class was so powerful - perfect for a yoga teacher. She deserves recognition!
Atmosphere & everyone is so kind
My body has never felt better. I tease my friends about "just doing a few simple moves" and viola! This is what you get. Besides a good diet intake, Yoga has been remarkable! The teachers are getting better at what they do, the environment is always nice and my desire is hankering to get to class often.

I loved how in the very beginning Kaitlin set a tone of intention for gratitude. Its so easy to get caught up in our busy daily lives and forget how much we have to be grateful for!

love coming to this studio especially the sculpt classes. Wish that there were more times offered for this class and that teachers mixed it up a little more. Overall love coming here and think all of the teachers are great - especially Phillip and Anthony for sculpt, and Allie and Nicoletta (for C2)
