I like the economy of the ink, the availability of the store to my home, the friendliness of the staff, the smallness of the company, the fact that my printer can be tuned-up, and the fact that the packaging/cartridges can be recycled. Makes everyday Earth Day!

Less expensive and they work great...I have had a couple that the chip didn't work well but it was never a problem to exchange them...the people in the Fargo store are always so helpful

The price is great and the quality goes along with it. I have always had a good experience when I stop in as well.
Most recently, I realized when I arrived that I had forgotten to grab my purse. Since I live a few miles from the location I asked if I could charge it and drop a check in the mail and they quickly agreed, partly due to the fact that I have been a customer for years. :)
