Failed to mop the floors and broke an item (candle). Maid Brigade has already made arrangements to come back out and correct the errors. They were very professional and friendly about the entire situation.
The ladies were very enthusiastic in their work and personable. The cleaning was fantastic.

Lately the service that I have been receiving has not been satisfactory. I have actually considered canceling my service and trying another company or individual. I am skeptical of referring Maid Brigade because I don't know what kind of results I will be getting each week.
The Maid Brigade team is very reliable and professional. I can count on them to be here when promised and to always do a great job.
Overall, I have had fairly good experiences although my last cleaning left much to be desired ( as i have discussed with the staff). Consistentcy is very important.
I like that I don't have to "clean" everything before you come. I have heard too many times that people have to clean up to have their house cleaned. I also love coming home to a clean environment. It's nice all of the little touches that Maid Brigade adds: toilet paper folded down, and the decorative touches to my daughters' room!
Flexiability of scheduling and thourghness of cleaning.
Everything!!!! The kitchen and bathrooms have always been the hardest areas in my house to keep clean and you guys have done an excellent job! I really appreciate all that you do!
I love the speed - I just hate to have someone in my home all day - your girls get in, get the job done and leave - it's great! Also love the way they clean.

The ladies are very professional and move quickly, but thoroughtly, through the cleaning. I am not afraid something will come up missing nor am I intiminated by them.

I like the green aspect and also feel I can trust them to always do a good job. If something is not right it can be reported and it will be taken care of. I have never had a problem with your organization and in this time of terrible customer service in so many places, its nice to know some strive for excellence in that category.

They show up as scheduled, work fast and do a really good job.
This will sound a little strange, but if the maid service cleans too fast, then I feel as if something was missed.
Floors could be a little cleaner
The attention to detail. The ladies do a very good job of cleaning my house.
Quality of work; For the most part the girls have always done a good job.
Just double-check when you leave a room to make sure everything looks right. We had a coffee table that was not dusted on one visit and a few other minor things over the few months. We do like when the toilet tissue is angled (like a hotel) and one visit that wasn't done.
cleaning is not consistantly thorough.
I would think that is is difficult to keep staffing in place but they seem a little "stretched" sometimes. Examples would be in what time they arrive (late). also, if they could let me know about team changes. Name tags would be helpful. I don't know the names of all of my team and don't get the names when different people come.
