Excellent. House smells so clean; and looks so beautiful when you clean it. Ladies are very pleasant.

I don't have time now to go into it. I am out of town cleaning my father's house out because he recently died. It is the same old problems though, you don't dust properly and especially don't clean the floors properly. You don't clean as you originally promised you would and as you have promised since on several occasions when I have complained. When I get back in to town I will be talking to other providers to see about possibly replacing Maid Brigade; I just don't know if I will be trading one problem for another if I change and right now don't want to have to think about it.

If something is broken, etc. inform home owner.

The team that cleans our home typically does a good job consistently. However, I cannot rate our last cleaning above a 8 because an end table in the family room was not dusted and items that were moved for cleaning were not returned to original place (chairs of kids table were stacked on top and left there).

Your services were mostly service cleaning. The average time spent cleaning my home was 2 hours. The most your workers did was vaccum, mop, light dusting and taking out the trash. I found I had to go behind them in dusting and cleaning the bathrooms especially toilets.

I like that green products are used and that there are more than one person cleaning at a time so they are finished quickly.

First of all let me say that I do understand business and know that you could not make money if you allowed your crews to stay at a client's house for an indefinite amount of time. However, I do wonder if I'm truly getting the value that I am paying to have done - the service is not inexpensive, particularly after a tip is added.

The cleaning at my house seems to be very rushed and small details are often missed; for example my original complaint that only the tops of areas are cleaned (dusted) and not the items on them is evident - if it's not on the checklist, forget it. Often times there are apparent things that need to be done (example, a short area of baseboard in the bathroom) but while the floor next to it might be mopped the baseboard remains undusted. These are the types of things I paid for in the first visit but most have never been touched again. Another example, the leather furniture in the Living Room often still has dust on it after the cleaners leave.

It's not a "BAD JOB" it's just not exceptional enough so that I would recommend Maid Brigade to a friend or business associate.

Don't move even small objects to vacuum or mop under. Don't get door jams dusted.

The attention to detail. They clean, not just wipe down.

While my house is generally clean after the ladies leave, the floors have not been washed as well and there has been some dust on the lamps. I feel the ladies may be rushing through things the last few times.

I like the idea of having the same people clean my house so they know my likes and dislikes after a few visits. The products seem to do the job, and I have no offensive fragrances lurking when I come in.

The girls as a whole do a great job, so when I do find something off, it makes me feel bad about calling it to your attention, but yet again, if I don't , it will continue and I'll really be unhappy.

The cleaning that is done in my home is perfect. I have never had any complaints in the 2 years I have used Maid Brigade and have always been more than satisfied. The girls go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect before they leave and I really enjoy having them come.
