I like the class offerings. I particularly like the instructor, Adriemne, who provided hands-on correction, which I prefer, but seldom receive. I loved her taste in music which is really important to my yoga practice. Adrienne also provided background information on the chakras we were learning. After class, she kindly shared where I could get more information as well as the names and locations of other teachers who were teaching the chakra series. The location is convenient and the staff is very friendly. It is the first Core Power Yoga location I visited on ClassPass and now I attend CPY regularly.

I was in DC for a meeting and it was great to attend a couple of classes. I am a member in MPLS. The staff were very welcoming to a stranger and I felt right at home in class.

As a visiting CorePower client from Minnesota, the Dupont Circle staff made me feel very welcome. Class was more crowded than I'm used to, but that's not necessarily a bad thing.

Great instructors, great classes

I like how the instructors were very knowledgeable about the body and the practice of yoga. This may sound simple, but as a health care professional, you'd be surprise of other yoga instructors that I have encountered and cannot answer simple questions about the body.
