I enjoy that there are classes that range in intensity. That allows me to choose a class based on how I feel that day: whether I want a straight yoga class or something more aerobic. I like that there are many classes offered throughout the day so I can go to a class that is convenient to my schedule. I also appreciate the convenient locations. There is a CorePower near my office in DC, and there is another location convenient to my house in Arlington, so I can go to classes both during the week and on the weekend.

I love the sculpt class at corepower! The instructors at the DuPont studio are wonderful and the space is always clean, consistent.

One of the best Sculpt classes I have ever been to. It was very challenging and the teacher was innovative in her exercises. Also, the location was very clean and the locker rooms were very large.
