Great instructors but overly crowded rooms, you should limit the number of people allowed to come to classes, just like soul cycle and other classes do

Corepower yoga classes are more than your average yoga classes. They're strengthening, meditative, and empowering. I like that corepower offers a wide variety of classes- yoga sculpt when you're feeling up for a challenge, or hot fusion when you're needing some slower movements with some strong detoxing! Very grateful to have multiple corepower yoga studios near me!

Consistent (but never boring!) and challenging classes that are gentle on the body at the same time as being a great workout.
People were friendly. Class was hard but entertaining.

Like how you loan locks and the bathrooms are nice but overall just had a really great experience it’s nice how the class is first come first serve - it significantly reduces the stress of booking a workout class and you actually come because you WANT to be there and not because you feel obligated due to a commitment and fine if you aren’t feeling it the day.

I thought the instructor, Karen, was excellent.
Teacher was superb! The space is very inviting but somewhat on the small size. I would be worried if it was a weekend day or late evening class if it would be too packed. I loved the temperature and the music.
