And that final cool lavender towel is the softest reminder that you’ve done something good for yourself. It’s not just a workout; it’s a little sanctuary in the middle of the day.
The difficulty was perfect. The flow was smooth and well thought out. There were also some moves I’d never done before that I really enjoyed. Would definitely go back for another class.

I really enjoy the low-light classes as it allows me to be more focused. Great instructors who seem to be just a step ahead of the class and note small adjustments to make right at the point that I need to make them.

Olivia’s classes are amazing! Pretty intense but you get your $$’s worth. Great upbeat music, always on beat, and incorporates new sequences and moves to work different parts of body. I appreciate her enthusiasm, positivity, and care she so clearly puts into teaching.
