This was my first time trying a CorePower class, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I had a lot of fun and appreciated that there were varying levels of intensity for beginners like myself. The instructor, Ben, did a great job thoroughly explaining the positions and maintained a perfect balance of calm and motivation throughout the class. The music was great too. I would definitely return!

Friendly teachers, great heat, great retail sales. Walking distance from the hotel I stayed at, as well as coffee shops and restaurants. I took an evening class and a morning class.
Instructor was really friendly and welcoming. Class was high energy with great music.

Great classes. I only wish the Sculpt classes weren’t as hot halfway through the class. And that the instructors had more lights on since the blue lights were too dim.
The instructor was great. The class was challenging enough but I didn't think I was going to die. There were a lot of people in the class but I didn't feel likle everyone was on top of each other. The music selection was very good and the instructor gave excellent verbal cues.
It was great. The instructor was super helpful—especially with it being my first class at CorePower. The workout was rigorous but totally worth it.
Lauren is an incredible instructor - she brings the energy, enthusiasm, and encouragement to elevate a YS class from a good workout to something more memorable and transformative. 11/10 class every time I go, and I always leave in a better mood than I did entering the studio. I love her Saturday 9:45am YS class.
Studio overall - I'd love if you offered additional morning classes between 7:30-8:30am on the weekdays (C2, Sculpt, HPF in particular).
