Very good service at Rapid Response Ink and Toner on Southfield Rd. in Lathrup Village, MI. Friendly service personell helped me figure which is the correct ink to get and explained the ink level particulars on the one I purchased. Good personalities of the people helping even while they were quite busy doing their other jobs at the same time. They are located on the West side of the road (Southfield Rd.) and just a little North of 11 mile Rd. There are other businesses in the area but its not too congested driving the car, compared to a little further North of there and compared to a little further South of there, its a nifty little location with a nice parking lot you can actually navigate reasonably well. They do not send too many emails either.

Our office purchases toner from Rapid Response, great toner, never any clumping or smearing on the paper. Also they are fast on there delivery, I call in the morning and they are here with in a couple of hours at the most.
