I have relied on Printer Source Plus for my ink cartridges and printers for many years. I have seldom been disappointed in the quality of their products. On those few occasions when I have had a problem Printer source plus helped me diagnose and correct any issues. I rely on their advise and counsel. First class in every way.

Over 6 years of purchasing our printer/copier ink and toner from Rapid Response in Lathrup Village, we have found them to be consistently reliable and comparable in quality to brand name cartridges... while saving us considerable costs. Plus - it is great to support a local small business run by really good people!

Great price! However, my recent ink cartridge purchase did not work in my printer. Not sure why because I’ve purchased cartridge before for the same printer and they worked fine. Overall, the customer service and quality of their products are outstanding!!!
