I was disappointed that I found that I had two defective cartridge refills when I got home, but the staff at Rapid Refill were very helpful in working with me to try and fix the problem over the phone and also in replacing the cartridges.
Printed immediately...I will tell you later how long it last as I track my paper reams later.
