RAPID RESPONSE HAS SAVED ME THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS OVER THE YEARS . THE STAFF IS WONDERFUL , THEY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE SURE MY TONER WAS DELIVERED TO MY OFFICE IN LESS THEN 20 MINUTES(OF COURSE I RAN OUT ON FRIDAY AT 4:44PM IN THE MIDDLE OF A PROJECT). THEY ALWAYS COME THRU FOR ME. THEY NEVER LET ME DOWN!!!!!

HP all in one printer using printer source plus cartridge. after using over half of available ink, got message "check cartridge on the right (black)

Returned cartridge to store, they replaced cartridge new one solved problem. While at the store purchased ink cartridges for canon 7120 saved about $10.00.
