I've only been there once, but the associate was cheerful and helpful, and you had the cartridge I needed, even though my printer is pretty old.
I like to support small businesses in town and knowing that I am dealing with knowledgeable people. I was disappointed that I could not get a punch on my card because you are not allow to refill Epson cartridges. If I buy my Epson ink from you, it just seems right that I should still get my card punched.
