I like the employees at the office. They are friendly and helpful. The economic savings on the cartridges is terrific. Recycling was taught in my family since I was a child in the 1940's. So you would know my delight when asked to return the plastic, boxes, cartridges, etc for reuse.

The Rapid Refill staff is always there to help. Pleasant and polite with fast delivery service. I told Brittany that Monday delivery would be fine because we close early on Friday, but she went above and beyond and had it delivered to us on Friday. I always recommend Rapid Refill to everyone.
