Nothing particularly. The prices are good but what keeps me coming back is that I've never had a lousy experience with your personnel. There are a lot of places to buy ink cartridges but if I have a problem or a question I've never gotten the "who cares" treatment.

i like the fact that they give you credit for every time you buy a cartridge...I think if you buy 10 you get 1 free, or something like that. I don't know how many punches they've given me, but I think I'm getting close to getting a free one, or a discount, or something. Plus, buying ink from the bigger stores is so dogammed expensive.
