Recently I had to return a defective color cartridge for an exchange. After a few basis questions, the defective cartridge was replaced at no charge.
Service was outstanding. I mistakenly damaged the ink cartridge I purchased and when I came back to inquire about what I could do to fix it I was given a replacement cartridge at no charge. I even got a follow up call the next day to make sure all was ok. Excellent customer service.
$10 Cheaper then the competition and excellent Service and Support!
