I have bought my ink cartridges here for several years with. No problems. But today when I got my black cartridge home and opened it, it was leaking very bad. I put it in my computer but hope that so didn't lose too much ink. Being it was hot out I bought it around 9:00 and took it immediately home because of of the heat.

The fast delivery time and the customer services! In the past we had a little issue with one of our cartridges printing colored dots on paper. They came out and cleaned our printer and replaced defective cartridge.
