The classe...though the hot ones are a bit tough for me. But I feel relaxed yet energized after the classes. Felt warmly welcomed by the teachers as I was new.
Teacher and staff were great and overall got a great workout!
Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and helpful. They were very knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions. I felt very encouraged to try everything and learned some new things in some of the classes.
I like the heated, fast pace style. I like that it has a 'standard' to it, you know what you are going to get in each 2.0 class instead of having to try each teacher and hope for the best. They are all following a standard way of practice so you will get a similar flow who ever teaches.

I love that CPY offers a variety of classes throughout the week for us busy working folks. And the instructors I've encountered are amazing.... especially Christie and Megan!
