Everyone is extremely welcoming. The instructors are all very encouraging and make you feel like you can do the class. I like how you check in and they tell you how many blocks to get and/or weights to get so you feel fully prepared.

One request that some other core power locations offer would be plastic bags for wet clothes in the locker room and maybe some paper towels for drying hands. That would be cheap and helpful 👍

Music in classes. Don’t have to pre-sign up. Multiple levels. I️ am hoping yoga 2 will prepare me for yoga sculpt class. Would like to try a bikram with music. Nice studio.
