I *loved* CorePower Yoga! I have been wanting to try hot yoga for a long time and a friend recommended I join her (she has a ClassPass membership). We did the 75 minute class that was 104 degrees and I loved it. I used to do yoga once a week for a couple years, but it hasn't been in my workout routine for about two years now, and I really miss it! I love how it makes me feel afterwards.
I had such a good experience when I entered the gym. I felt really well taken care of. I was greeted really enthusiastically and was told that they made up a locker for me since it was my first class. The locker had goodies in it and a towel and a mat, and it was just so perfect! And the craziest thing is that I still haven't paid any money to CorePower. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I got a week of free unlimited. My friends and I booked another session within that week, so I'll be back in a few days for that. I won't be a full unlimited member because I Have other workout goals that are more important to me than yoga, but I'd consider getting a punch pass and coming once a month or so to keep up my yoga practice. Thanks so much!!

Loved both of the teachers I had during my free intro week!
I absolutely loved my free week! I am planning on getting a membership (right after the holidays) and the classes and instructors are so fun and I always felt great after my workout! The energy was great and I loved coming back! Definitely recommend!
It was awesome and exhausting. It definitely gave me the centering and relaxation I had been lacking for some time. Loved it more than I thought I would.
The instructor was great. Paid attention to the abilities of the individuals in the class and gave modifications, helped with form throughout the class and was encouraging.
I absolutely love this place!!. The teachers, Chaz, Olivia, Prema, Sammie and Lori are total blessings of the yoga world. I've been so happy with every class I've taken. In another city, I practiced Ashtanga for about 8 years and Bikram for about another 5, so I've seriously searched high and low through multiple studios in KC, and Core Power is the first one that offers classes that are of such high value. The heat and lighting is amazing and being able to hear what they say is great for me being hard of hearing. The cleanliness of the studio is outstanding and they are always so lovely when they greet you. Also, I love when they tell us what were are working on the internal benefits. Parking is always easy and not once have a been to a class where it's uncomfortably tight. I was out with a hurt back from an accident for a while my welcoming back made me realize Core Power was right were I needed to be.
One more thing: The location/fanciness of the Plaza can be intimidating for anyone. There are people of all shape and sizes at Core Power and I would honestly say, EVERYONE feels completely welcomed! I love this place!!

Allie was so friendly, welcoming, felt perfectly guided. This was my 1st time visiting and she showed me to the locker room and my cubby had my name written down with a goodie bag, towel and yoga mat. This was a relaxing experience. Will be back. Thank you!
