The teachers are outstanding. Technically sound. Excellent flow / choreography. Well trained. Studio is clean. Warm. Inviting. Just say away from the outside influences. Politics and fundraisers. Keep it out of your space and your business. For example, at yoga I don’t want to do a fundraiser for “Minnesota”. What does that even mean? You are the best studio in Kansas City. Stick with your core competencies.

I was very happy about my experience I had at the yoga class in the country club plaza. Me and friend enjoyed it and are going back for more yoga classes. The instructor we had was also incredibly nice.
I liked that it was challenging, but in a good way. Personally, it’s a little too expensive for me—being a college student makes it tough to afford, which is a bummer because I really loved the classes and how good I felt afterward.
Studio was clean, warm and inviting and the instructor was excellent.
I’m a huge fan of the community and class offerings at CorePower Yoga. The schedule is so expansive that it’s incredibly easy to fit workouts into my busy week. I’m especially grateful for the instructors; they’ve helped me explore new depths in my physical practice while also sharing valuable mindfulness techniques for everyday life.

Olyvia and her team of yoga professionals are great. It’s a very welcoming studio, and has a good energy about it. I drive 25 minutes just to go to this location.
I was visiting from out of town so this is not my usual studio. Anyways, I found this to be a very clean and welcoming studio and in a great location. When there was a scheduling mishap with a class without a teacher I thought Olyvia handled it as smoothly as possible.
What do I like about Corepower Yoga (I go to the KC Plaza location).
I absolutely love it, highly recommend. The instructors are truly the best: knowledgeable, motivating, and so intentional about creating a supportive, welcoming space. The workouts are challenging in the best way, but also feel like a full mental reset. I always leave feeling stronger, grounded, and completely decompressed. It’s such a wonderful balance of an effective workout and real stress relief.
For someone who has not worked out in 1+ years, this class is a great challenge and pushes me in the way that I need. Also, higher weights and moves can be adjusted to increase difficulty for those who need it. Will definitely be back.
The reason I would recommend this to a friend is because I have found a community and sisterhood. Everyone is kind, friendly, supportive and respectful towards others. I joined CorePower with zero expectations, but now I feel like I have found purpose and longing that I never thought I would.
The yoga instructors patience and detailed directions. I never done yoga before and they were really helpful and welcoming.
