I was not interested in Corepower Yoga at all until I wanted to do regular class yoga bewteen Christmas and New Year’s and discovered that most Mom & Pop yoga studios were either closed or were offering special “New Year’s” workshops that I wasn’t interested in taking. So I tried Corepower and I’m so glad I did! I love C1 and it’s the perfect level for me at this time. I’m even considering a Black Tag membership.
