Clean facilities. Nice staff
The length of the classes and the intensity from the instructors really makes it worth checking out! The flows are great and the facilities are clean, convenient and the staff are extremely friendly.

Great workout, great instructors, real sense of community
the classes are great. everyone is nice. I wish there were more HPF classes and that classes would start on time. I feel that the doors should be shut 5 min prior to class to ensure no disruptions.

Fast response and understanding staff
Had an amazing time! Returned to California last night and I returned to my usual Wed HPF at the Mission Viejo location.

The class was challenging and fun. Nanci was my instructor and she was fabulous. I can't wait to go back and take another class

It was a super clean studio with great staff! It's sometimes harder to find those things than you think!
The facilities are nice, and the instructor offered awesome demonstrations and modifications. I enjoyed the music, too. Everything was chic and high end yet welcoming and chill.
Everyone is super friendly. I was a bit nervous it was going to be too intimidating but I did not feel like that at all. It is great for all levels and you can make it as challenging as you want it to be. The heat is AMAZING!
Nice staff good learning environment
I was in town for a wedding and really wanted to get a work out in, and was pleasantly surprised to find that the CPY studio was so close to my hotel. I found the staff to be very welcoming and the studio to be clean. As usual, had a wonderful class. It is so awesome that my black tag membership allows me to go to studios all over the country so I dont have to miss a good workout even when I'm not home.
The staff is fantastic, experienced, and so friendly. I look forwards to coming in every time I practice.
