Great teaching, environment and workouts. Each class offers a different type of workout and atmosphere so that you keep learning and having new experiences.
I love everyone's phenomenally welcoming and inclusive attitude. I also travel a lot for work, and I love that in most cities where I travel, I can still take a yoga class that I know is going to be high quality, challenging and enjoyable.

best workout ever. clean, efficient, fast moving, total body, mind and spirit, best play lists, still a thoughtful yoga practice but not afraid to say we are working out, lovely decor, love the no sign up. so many class times offered. conducive to a busy professional that may have to cancel and cant always commit but still wants to have a dedicated practice.
