In addition to making fun shapes (and perhaps more importantly), Bre frequently discussed intentional breathing, letting go of expectations and the internal dialogue. Toward the end of the class, she mentioned taking the time to be still before rushing to be in front of a screen. These topics related to the mental side of yoga practice really resonated with me because they are the main reason why I enjoy yoga class. While the physical practice is fun, I find as much or more value from the focus on the mental side. Such a great class! And the best part is that it was nothing out of the ordinary because all of the teachers sprinkle their own pizzazz and make each class distinct. So fun!
I am Corepower Yoga's biggest fan - I love everything about it. The teachers are amazing, the workouts always burn, and the music ia great.
The instructor was great, very engaging. The studio was too small for the number of people inside.

The variety of classes fits well with my weekly training schedule depending on the intensity of the workout I'm looking for that day. Depending on whether I'm looking for stretching/recovery or a more intense cardio and strength workout, there are lots of options with C2 and Sculpt. I am slightly bummed there is no more 7:15am C2 class.
I like the studio and the classes. Bre is a great studio manager. Always friendly and remembers people. C2 or HPY are favorite classes
Classes are challenging, and a sense of community. A full schedule daily so I can usually find a class I want even at the last minute.
I have numerous "free trials" under my belt over the years -- this is only one I have ever loved so much that I've committed to continuing beyond my week trial! Friendly and skilled teachers, helpful staff, clean studio, and the no-nonsense "no marketing" vibes during my first week was much appreciated. I think the free week is a solid strategy to get clients to see real results and align (pun intended) their health & wellness journey w/this studio. Cheers!

Love love corepower yoga! It’s more than what I thought I needed. As a full time graduate student I am limited with time but also prioritize a healthy life style. Going to the gym was a huge part of daily routine prior to school but after long days in the clinic it was difficult for me to still make it to the gym and think about what workouts to do. I love that CorePower offers a mentally relaxing environment yet also ensures I walk out feeling to accomplished with my workout.
I love CorePower so much. It is the perfect workout that combines both cardio and yoga, and all of the instructors are so amazing!

What I like about CorePower Yoga is that it provides the space for me to focus just on myself for an hour, combining focus on both my mind and my body. I've enjoyed how different teachers add their personal flavor. For example, Tatum L shared a mythology lesson about how splits pose is named after the Monkey God because they took a leap of faith. Jason M started the class with a heavy emphasis on breath work and continued it throughout the class. While I usually stick with a similar schedule each week, it's fun to explore new styles when I can, which helps trigger my curiosity to see what each teacher will pull out of their bag of tricks.
Fun and challenging classes that energize you afterwards. Great and energetic instructors. I recommend Yoga Sculpt and Strength classes.

Great first visit to this location! The Manager and teachers at the desk were so welcoming! The studio including restrooms and showers were clean. I love the more durable locks for the lockers. Perfect heat for C2. Tyra taught a nice hip focused practice, which balanced out my 4.2 mile walk before class. The students were also friendly and connected during and after class. Nice vibes overall! Thank you.
