Amazing workout that feels challenging but accessible. A great addition to any fitness plan.

Expensive but worth it. You burn so many calories and I have never had a bad instructor. The sequencing in warm up /workout /cool down are top notch and the playlists CorePower uses for its classes are really tuned into which section of the workout you are in. It is the only yoga studio I have tried that really turns the heat up and consistenrly has challenging interesting yoga poses. Studio is centrally located and has changing rooms, lockers, equipment, even showers/hairdryers.

My only complaint is that the studio is too popular and needs a larger space for some of their classes.

Attending a CorePower Yoga class is often the best part of my day. I enjoy the combination of focusing on both mind and body and learning to challenge myself with new poses and different options within each pose. The teachers cultivate a welcoming environment and help allow me to be myself.

Everything was great! instructors and people at the front desk. The class rooms clean and the facility was great I was able to rent a mat easily

Great and experienced instructor

I love the heated sculpt class because it is the perfect balance of yoga and weights. Brian's class is a full body workout and he always has great energy and music.

Staff is incredibly warm and inviting making each visit to the studio special! Love when I can squeeze in a class when in town-

The franchise has really nice policies. The two weeks free when you start is great because they don’t hassle you constantly about whether you want to join. You can cancel anytime without being roped into a one year policy. The opportunity to bring guests twice a month is also very generous, and many of my friends have joined after coming with me. The teacher discount is also great. The monthly price is very competitive. They offer more classes than any other yoga studio in the city and their teachers on a hole are excellent.
