I love it all! From the little amenities, like water, towels, and mats available (even tampons!), to your wonderful staff. I was attending so often that Amber even asked me after class what I like to focus on and incorporated moves to work on that into her new routine! That is beyond thoughtful and observant, and it is what keeps me coming back!

The staff is friendly, passionate about what they are doing and makes you feel welcomed. I am so thankful that the classes are available throughout the day and week. Just allows for the flexibility for me to attend as many as my work schedule allows. Because of Core Power, yoga has become a way of life for me which I will continue for the rest of my life, as long as I am physically able to. Thank you Core Power for making my life and health little better.

I like the cleanliness of the studio, being able to borrow a lock for lockers at no cost, and the friendliness of most of the staff I’ve met.

It's never overly crowded in the classes and the instructors are always upbeat. All facilities are clean.

How motivating and great most of the instructors are

I took a Saturday 05/26/2018 class at 9:00am sculpt and I think her name was Sarah.
Let me tell you I travel around to a ton of Core Powers and this by far was one of the best sculpt classes I have taken.
I loved how she continued to add on and we did more cardio than most classes do. At the same time it felt like less due to the way she set up the flow.

I may not ever return due to the distance, but if I do I would so take this ladies class again.

Oh I wish I remembered her name for sure.

This community is super special! There are amazing teachers here. Angie Ban, Maria Te, Nathalie, Minsun, Anthony and Maecy to name just a few. The space is so welcoming and my cup runneth over when I leave class. I’ve made great friends.

Instructors are nice, friendly, accommodating. It is a clean studio, has clean restrooms and locker rooms. However classes do get very packed.
