Nice classes, clean facility, friendly staff
The gym is one of the cleanest Core Powers out there. I have been to some in the PNW, and around orange county, la county, chicago, and others. This one by far is the cleanest. The instructors are all pretty friendly and diverse which helps when you are going to yoga quite frequent.
I went to the Brea location for my first time to take a HPF class. Nathalie warmly greeted me at the front desk and offered to show me around the facilities. The class itself was good but what really impressed me were the positive and friendly attitudes of Nathalie and the other staff members. I felt very welcome.

Friendly staff you can see their passion in yoga. It helps so much knowing they do this of course for money but also something they actually practice too. We are all in the process of becoming our better selves which is amazing!

I love the staff. They are all so happy and pleasant to talk to. I love that there are classes that are offered 7 days a week.
The classes are challenging with excellent instructors and great music! Classes are around the clock which makes it easy to attend a class with a busy schedule. The facility is clean and the people are always so friendly!
