Great class!!! The flow was a good pace and my hips felt very happy after, as our instructor told us we would be doing the “happy hips” sequence. It was exactly what I needed!

Staff is always super welcoming here. A lot a great instructors. Really enjoy heated C1 as a bonus class type. The facilities are nice. Locker rooms are generally in good shape. Sometimes the men's lockers could use a dusting/sweep. No complaints, otherwise.
