The best yoga instructors in the business! I’ve been taking yoga classes for a little over 20 years now, and in my opinion, this has been the best studio of instructors I’ve ever come across.
I do wish there were more Yoga Nidra classes offered.

Love taking core restore with Linda! This class has been my little piece of heaven lately! It’s so relaxing and empowering and the meditative aspects are awesome! Just wish more evenings had core restore options!

Super welcoming atmosphere here. Easy to find a teacher that encourages & challenges your practice with different vibes. Variety of class types. Locker rooms are nice, stocked with what you need.

It was absolutely amazing! I enjoyed the class so much and only wish there was one closer. So much of a difference than the classes I usually do at the gym I belong to. Looking forward to trying out one of Jordan’s classes when she starts teaching on her own. Thank you for letting us attend!
