I love corepower, the teachers and facility are so great! Everyone is very supportive and kind, always knowing your name and helping you through practice. i do wish they offered towels and spray bottles to sanitize yoga mats after practice. It would also be nice if they offered a 5:00/5:15am class! :)

Lora is by far the most talented yoga instructor in Kansas City. Her knowledge and delivery is the gold standard. It is such a gift to be able to go to her classes.

Great instructors all very friendly, welcoming and make you feel comfortable especially to new yogi’s like myself. Very clean facility, all in all its great place, great work out making it a 10 out 10 for me.

I love how friendly the instructors are! They know my name, which means a lot to me. In class they both push me and encourage me to listen to my body in case I need to pull back.

The teachers are excellent. And I really like the fact that it's not very crowded. I do wish everyone would wear masks at least for a few more months.

I enjoy my practice at the KC location, and the flexibility I have to attend other studios while traveling.

I like the different and wide range of classes and the expertise and welcoming attitude of the instructors. Those instructors are also well trained and I feel like i get a very good and complete workout when I attend class there. I feel rejuvenated and full of energy after each class- especially the Sculpt class.

I love the classes and instructors. I always tell people about the structure of offering corepower 1 so new clients can get a solid intro and foundation to the movements. This is how I got started - i was able to start without the intimidation of a more advanced class.
