I have belonged to the YMCA for years. I like the early morning class schedule. Love seeing Brit in the morning. Mandy, Derren, and Gary teach a great class.

Everything! I love the classes, the variety of equipment available, and the ample amount of machines. Feels like a true community space. I love the Y and tell all my friends to come.

The yoga classes taught by Jean. Having four options, including both Saturday and Sunday, is great. I originally joined because of the workout machines and free weights, but adding yoga to the mix is super.
I like the diversity of the members. Diversity in age, race, sex...those who are already fit and healthy and those who are working toward being a better version of themselves.

Well, I have limited myself to water aerobics three times a week. This Y is close to home and very good for me. I like the desk staff. They are always pleasant and helpful. Roy is a great instructor, keeps me on my toes and is fun at the same time. I enjoy the others in the class too.
The changing area and the showers and lockers are good. .
It’s the next convenient place next to the Redbridge YMCA. The staff is very nice.

Spin Class Sat morning’s.
It’s a nice facility. Usually no waiting on equipment or lap lanes. Although sometimes there is still a problem with lifeguards.
The staff, especially the front desk and the life guards, are fantastic. I would like to see the pool hours and open swim hours expanded.
