Clean, equipment is in hood condition
Multiple exercise modalities for every age group. I love anything which moves with music
#1people who works their. They are humbly professional. The life guards. The gym, the location , the walkog trail. The child care. The family room .
Art:- family room needs wet cloth plastic bags.
Great Staff! I do love the pool and sauna!
Great ladies at the front desk and instructors.
Consider varying the music you play. I'm well into my 60's so I like what you play, but soft rock/60's/70's pop is not necessarily what I call work out music. Plus, many folks in the Y are much younger and were not born at the time of when this music was mainstream.
Very convenient and open for reasonable hours. Kept clean and orderly.
Fun, healthy, friendly
Clean, warm pool, working equipment
Very kind and helpful staff. Facility cleanliness.
Clean, friendly and top notch equipment.
Staff is always helpful snd informative. There are so many classes, activities and equipment that there is no need to go anywhere else.
In a word… It’s my happy place! I guess that’s 4 words😬.
Love the instructors and fellow participants of AquaFit classes
It’s clean and bright, friendly associates, great classes, lots of areas to chose where to work out, really nice pool
I have had great learning experiences here!
From the desk check to a very long list classes that I have taken !
I really enjoy everything about this Y. Especially the classes and equipment options, all the amenities Especially the pool, hot tub, steam room (my favorite), and sauna. The community room with a kitchen is a blessing to the community. I also appreciate the personal trainers and friendly front desk staff.
There are many different options for exercise and other activities. I have especially enjoyed the friendships I have made at the Y
On the plus side: the employees from the front desk to all of the instructors are friendly and kind, and, in the case of the instructors excellent teachers! We are truly blessed with the Y instructors and group exercise classes offered.
I also enjoy seeing the many groups of adults even older than I am who come to the Y to socialize, as well as work out. I also have friends I would not have had without the Y; thank you!
Areas I wish would improve: the pool--used to open at 5 am, now not until 6 am. Even 5:30 would help. THERE IS NO REASON TO ONLY USE 2 OF THE 3 LANES IN THE ACTIVITY POOL. That pool is often crowded with those of us who don't enjoy the colder water of the lap pool; nobody has ever had a problem in that lane. I would happily sign a release to the Y to a) swim with no lifeguards and/or b)swim in that lane at my own risk. Good grief!!! Every early morning swimmer I know shares these opinions.
swimming at 6 am
They're doing really good job.
I do experience like All the time clean and safe area . Thanks 🙏
Have recommended the Y in Parkville several times to residents of area I live.
Great staff,
Convenient
Always cheerful
Soon as I begin to participate, I will share the word on my experiences.
The front desk is very friendly and welcoming,
Classes are fantastic body pump, tone, RPM, body balance, Sprint, yoga
All very good classes. You can also workout on your own with plenty of free weights, machines and treadmill-cardio equipment.
If you want a comprehensive workout, the Y is the place to do it!
Wonderful community center. It is always clean and has great staff. From the front desk people, to the instructors, everyone is helpful and kind. Thank you!

Everything about this Y is first rate. There are plenty of lanes for lap swimming, and the Sauna, Steam Room, and hot tub are a huge plus. I do wish the pool closed at 2:00pm instead of 1:00.
