I belong to the North community center. I like the pickleball community and the staff for the most part. I do have one huge problem. I donated $1000.00 at the beginning of 2026 and was told they would put up a banner promoting pickleball with name on it. Here it is almost August and still no banner. I have heard so many excuses why the banner is still not up. If the banner is not up by August 1st I will be asking for a $500 refund.

The swimming pool. Lap lanes are 25 meters. Changing facilities are clean. Variety of cardio equipment. I have used the weights or taken any classes at this location.
The prompt greeting and check in of the staff at the front desk. And the class instructors .. particularly Kerri (chair yoga, AOA core, silver sneakers). She is EXCELLENT. I actually live in NKC but travel to Platte County South location because of these reasons.
All the teachers are great, so helpfull. They have a wide variety of classes, yoga and swim fitness for example, and they have classes in the evenings after work and that's awesome.

I like the friendly staff at the front desk, the variety of classes, that the instructors all show up and on time, the cleanliness of the entire place, the vibrancy of the place, the bright lighting of it all. I love it!
Friendly staff, great instructors, well kept facilities. I like the variety of classes even tho I'd like to see a free weight strength class and some current classes also offered additional times.
