I love the Y. It's so much for then a gym, with your membership not only do you get access
to the fitness floor, three swimming pool including in that a theraphy pool, sauna, steam room
hot tub. The Y has many fitness class and healthy a living coach also included with your membership... mom's and dad's can bring in there lttle ones to play kids zone while they workout...
The best part of the Y to me it gives you the opportunity to make friends...

Open friendly atmosphere, lots of activities and clean spacious rooms with great instructors.
Pools are terrific including the steam room, whirlpool and resistance pools. Never have to worry about anything, Very well constructed and a beautiful building too.
