I am very happy with the variety of classes you can take for group excersize. I am the first to admit that I do not work out very much alone. I like to have people around me to help motivate me. The people are very nice and friendly. The facility also has a great pool, lazy river, steam and sauna rooms.
Good place but, all too often, equipment is down for far too long. In other instances, equipment has been down for several days, or a week, before any of the staff knows about it, which indicates there is not regular inspection.

The gym floor has plenty of equipment and the pool area is fantastic with the lazy river and the sauna/steam rooms. The child care is also a huge plus as the staff is always friendly and takes great care of my kid while I get some time to work out.
There are a multitude of classes. The front desk people are super helpful. The facility is very clean. I have enjoyed every teacher I have had in classes.
I Like the sauna, walking current pool, hot tub, chair yoga so far.
I LOVE the sauna,steam room & hot tub. It’s the ultimate experience after a workout.
