The people are friendly and dedicated.
Right now, I am mostly exercising in water due to my health issues. There is so much to offer and hopefully I can find a a good balance for other options. We are close to this facility and the convenience is great. I make so many like-minded people working hard to feel better and little longer.

I absolutely love the aqua classes! The instructors are so wonderful. I attend the yoga, joints in motion and aerobics classes. The water temperatures is great. Because of these classes I am stronger, I have better flexibility and balance. I have also met some wonderful friends in the pool. Of all the great things about KC - the YMCA North in Platte City is the best !!!!
Classes for Active Older Adults! Bunco! Covered dish dinners! Craft classes! Speakers with healthy information!
The cleanliness of the building; the staff is super friendly; activities are available for all ages. I especially like the pools, sauna, hot-tub, and lazy river. They also have up to date exercise equipment that is clean and maintained.
The first thing is ALL STAFF is very friendly and helpful with information on activities. We do mostly the water fit classes. The center is nice and clean and stocked with supplies. Thanks to the staff we are in good shape. Special thanks to Christel and Ilyssa for the GREAT CLASSES. Thank you. TOM & CAROL

The Platte City YMCA is very clean and well maintained. We have had a family membership for years and love all the staff. Great gym.

We love how clean the pool area is, and the lifeguards and staff are organized and well-trained. The layout and design of the areas is easy to access and clear.
