It is close to my home. Many neighbors are there. There is a large class option. Many different classes, times and instructors. It is clean and well kept up.

Many different types of classes are available each day offering a great variety as to not get bored with any one activity. Like that the classes are drop-in and preregistration is not required.

Clean. Helpful staff (helped troubleshoot me getting onto the new app). Equipment in good working order and lots of variety for workouts.
The workout area, the walking pool, lap pool, all the classes offered, the walking track. Everything about it. Caters to all ages.
All the staff is always very friendly and helpful. Facility is clean, especially the locker rooms. Instructors are the best & keep classes interesting & 0n point. Lifeguards are alert & focused. Love the friendly & caring attitude of staff.
Lance is amazing to have a true coach type running a YMCA is fantastic we and I mean all of us as a family are going to love it activities a of our family of 6

The aquatics center is superior to any other YMCA we have visited in the greater KC area. We travel 25 minutes from our house, by-passing two other Y's on the way, to participate in water fitness twice a week at the North Platt location. The instructor, Alyssia, is energetic, dependable and utilizes the river in her routines.
Dry sauna is a game-changer - would be best if you converted it to an infrared sauna. Please stop closing the pool for lightening. That's ridiculous. I love the pool options and lifeguards are great. Front desk staff are always nice. Need more free weights, there aren't enough. I don't love that there are 2 open sides to the women's locker room. I've been in there with my kids when men have accidentally come in the other side because it looks like a generic entrance. Not the safest set up.
The folk's who greet you when entering or departing are always so nice. They make us feel like family.
