Modern looking and feeling facility. Large indoor elevated track. Basketball court accessibility during the day. These alone supersede my experience at Bonner Springs (home) location. Will look to come more often.
Friendly, responsive. Could do without the fountains in the lazy river. Like the better hours. A few issues with mechanical seems to be happening, like the swimsuit spinner and hotub not working. But overall a good experience.

I wish the lockers were cleaner. Outsides are dirty with years of dirty finger prints. Walls and some track doors too. Would make me happier if they were clean. Otherwise wonderful gym

Everyone at the front desk, as well as other staff, are very friendly, and committed to making sure your experience is a good one. The amount of equipment they have is sufficient most of the time — even at peak hours. There are many classes to take part in, and the pool is always clean. Also, the building is always clean; both inside and outside. There are water fountains to refill water bottles, and cleaning supplies are always available. Lastly, the price. It’s a great value for everything available to you.
everyone is friendly. i spend most of my time in the pool area. Sam is an excellent lifeguard. He is very diligent and hardworking. he's always busy. i appreciate his effort.

This facility is predictably clean, useable, and the staff is wonderful.
I have made life long friends from attending the YMCA scheduled classes, who are now part of my every day world. Our local Y has always been at the core of health and fitness for my whole family. I love the smaller, home town feel of this community where I can enjoy coffee almost every weekday morning with my Y-Gals.

Convenient distance from home. Plenty of cardio and strength training equipment. You could use more personnel on fitness floor for questions and/or assistance

I like having an indoor track to use during inclinate weather (I hate running on treadmills), plus the pool and general exercise equipment. Although I don’t utilize them personally at this point, having the classes and family events and such are awesome too!
I was having a REALLY bad day when I came in to cancel our memberships & was so mean to the poor lady helping me. I am very sorry, she was very gracious. I know better than to let my circumstances dictate my actions. No excuse just say I am sorry!
