The staff is friendly. It's always clean, which makes you feel comfortable. There is normally easy access to all equipment.

I like the pool area Except the therapy pool is a bit too warm for swimming laps. It’s set at 90 but just a couple degrees 88 would feel so much better for the swimmers. All 2 of us most days! Maybe water is too hot for most who would swim there?

Our family is very proud of our Community Center (Y). When it is hot outside, we are very
happy to have a cool place to walk. When it is cold outside, we are thankful to have
a warm place to do our walk. The Y is always clean, and the employees are helpful.
Love the many choices of exercise machines and the helpfulness of the staff.
As members of the pickleball community we play every week at least a couple of times and really enjoy it. We have made some very good friends that play regularly and others who play when they can. I also think we are somewhat responsible for bring new members to the Y.
I also like the dry sauna very much and use it 12 months a year. I feel like it helps me limber up before doing activity.
Friendly people, great teachers, and nice class sizes.
I would like to see pickleball games n Mondays and Fridays!

There are lots of services available, it is always clean and the staff are friendly and helpful
clean, friendly and pleasant atmosphere, positive and non-political atmosphere, generally a very healthy exercise and swim area. I do not like the pool closing. from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. and in this tip e period I do not see anyone cleaning or maintaining the pool so what is the point!
Clean and well maintained
It is friendly and lots of community oriented activities. You see the same people working out at the same time and become friends. The staff is friendly and recognizes my husband and I and greets us by name when we come in.
However, with the extremely hot days we have gone to NKC Y because the upstairs walking track is too uncomfortable. Fix the HVAC upstairs! This has gone on for several years now and there seems like no attempt to fix.
I do appreciate that the outside concrete was replaced and is safer walking. As an elderly person who was once recovering from knee surgery, I am happy to see the expansion of handicap parking.
Our Y is close and convenient. The hours are great for either early morning or late evening workouts.

Love the staff and the cleanliness of the facilities. It's a great place to work out and everyone has been kind and helpful. Truly living up to the YMCA name.
Some of the upper parts around the running track need some attention when it comes to cleaning and equipment. The pads are dirty and the floor is dusty. I'll find myself slipping on the dust here and there.
Not sure if my gripes are founded here but the amount of people that go into the sauna without washing off and drenched in sweat is astonishing. I wish this could effect some policy change because it's as unsanitary as it is disgusting.
Variety of class offerings with knowledgeable instructors!
Easy and quick check in, efficient equipment, and love the water side as well.
