My husband and I love the NKC YMCA. We visit multiple times a week. The staff is friendly and the director of the YMCA is always out and about, working hard to create a great facility and engaging with the members.
One wish.....In using equipment, I often see people not wiping it down after use. I would like to see a push/encouragement/policy regarding wiping down equipment after use.

Friendly staff, good facilities variety, clean facility. Just wish you would not close sauna and steam 1-4 PM and instead do it after closing, if possible.
The people that work there are amazing. It has been such a positive experience on every front. They have been super friendly and helpful and seem genuinely invested in making it a positive experience for everyone. I should've left Genesis health club and Planet Fitness sooner!

enjoy the body pump classes. Staff are friendly and I like the diverse membership as well as the convenient location and ample parking. The weight area is expansive and there are many machines available. I don’t like that there are hardly any classes in the evenings and weekends. Also the pool area and locker rooms need updates. The pool is closed between 1-4 and is always crowded when I’m able to go. I would also prefer more lap lanes and less playground in the pool.
It's clean. It's beautiful.
Everyone has been friendly and helpful. Signing up was very easy. We use the indoor track. It's great being able to walk regardless of weather.

Clean place has a lot of gym equipment,;has a nice indoor track Has a nice swimming pool.
The staff is friendly and accommodating. They offer a wide variety of classes at different times during the day. The facility is also very clean inside and out. If there is a problem, they address it very quickly.
Would love to have a lunchtime class again on Thursday’s.
