I enjoy the water cardio-arthritis class The instructor is great the time and days are very convenient for me. And the fee is very affordable. I have met some very friendly people which is a plus

The gymnastics program is great and Mrs. Faith is a great coach. All the girls are connected with on a one on one level. She does a great job keeping them moving and my daughter can't wait for the next class.

I no longer use the Atchison facility because I have moved. I use the Blue Springs facility. Can you remove my name from the Atchison list?

Always friendly and welcomes you. It's very clean and they ofer so many different exercise classes for every age. I enjoy it very much!! And would recomend it to anyone!!
