I think the new Y has a variety of ways to get fit to meet your needs! The place is very clean. The workers are pleasant and helpful, especially a girl there named Ashley. She was so busy the first night I came, but, was very patient with me when explaining the machines to me!

Some of the employees need to be a little bit more informed so they can answer questions and schedule sessions correctly.

The swim classes are great however, I wish the mom and tot class was after work so that I didn't have to take off to attend. I have friends that want to take there children but can't because of the timing.
